Angus Beef from Maryland

Orders and deposits are now being accepted for beef orders ready for delivery in February and March 2010. Beef will be individually packed, labeled and frozen in cryovac packaging per cut of meat.

Angus cattle raised locally hormone-free at England Acres in MarylandIn addition to being raised locally, the beef will be processed at a local facility. Whole or sides of beef are available for sale, which will be cut to the buyers specifications. Smaller quantities are also available in 30 pound boxes made up of a variety of the cuts. Ordering beef from England Acres gives you peace of mind knowing the producer and origin of your purchase.  The meat will be dry aged for 14-21 days prior to cutting and will be USDA inspected.

Pounds and Space Needed:

A yield of a side of beef is approximately 250 pounds and 30 pounds of meat occupies 1 cubic foot of space. Please consider splitting a side with family and friends as we strive for sustainable agriculture in our community.
